MANDATORY ITEMS:

01 mochhydration bottle with container for 2L that contains at least 500ml of water;

01 emergency blanket (aluminized blanket);

01 whistle (can be the one from the backpack);

01 jacket (windbreaker) recommended to be WATERPROOF, if not waterproof ADD + RAINCOAT ;

01 fleece or second skin (you can leave it alone);

Food that you are already used to (gel / cereal bar / paçoca / salami / etc.);

01 first aid kit containing:
Antihistamine (antiallergic);
Analgesic and antipyretic;
Anti-inflammatory;
Adhesive tape;
Bandage Roll (can be replaced with self-adherent elastic bandage and thus eliminating the adhesive plaster);
Complement your first aid kit with the products you deem necessary.

Suggestion: sticks, sunscreen, repellent, pants, charged cell phone, vaseline or diaper rash cream, bandana or buff, waterproof bag, cell phone in a waterproof bag.

CUT-OFF POINT:
11.7KM in 2h00 - this cut will reduce the total distance of the route by 10KM.
The cut-off point only reduces the total distance covered, the athlete will be identified according to the staff's orders and will have his chip unused, shortly after he will be directed to continue the rest of the route, he will not participate in the General/Category awards, you will normally receive your finisher medal and post-race!

Very good organization and structure, very cool and mixed route, taking in a lot of roads and trails, arriving at Itaberaba park you take some technical trails... it's an area that I like to run a lot.
An event that in my opinion has been growing at each stage, this year the structure part was much better than last year.
I was very happy in this last stage with the affection that everyone gave my daughter, it is a family event that I really enjoy being with you and I really hope it grows more every year!
My final feedback is that the entire race team is very receptive and humble, the trails are very well marked, perfect hydration, a race that gives approval for UTMB and Super Cup Trail, it has everything to be among the greats on the national scene!

I arrived tired, sore and exhausted, but once again the race made me happy.
I never imagined such a wonderful setting in Guarulhos São Paulo... this Nhangussu is spectacular. Only those who faced it really know.
There were new challenges, new experiences, new learning, new pain and new joy. Photos are small flashes of great moments lived.
It hurt, but it was so worth it.
